Sabeka Gate Production Process

Our process happens in three stages. Initial gate planning by creating CAD drawings of the gates design, manufacture of the gate using top quality materials and finally installation of the gate.

Courtyard Gates

Choose from our range of designs on the homepage, or send us your own design. The next step is to select the timber. Choose from either Scandinavian Pine Softwood or a range of hardwoods. Most commonly used is Iroko because of its excellent durability, but we can use hardwood you choose including European Oak and Western Red Cedar. Whatever the timber, all of our gates including our hardwood gates are made to the same exacting standards and our gate frames are machined to 70mm thick to minimise the chances of distortion.

Sliding Gates

It is not always possible to fit swing gates on a property, for example, some driveways are too short, too steep or too wide. In these cases sliding gates provide an elegant solution to solve the problem. We use a cantilever system, manufactured in-house & galvanised. This means a clear span across the drive with no track on the ground. To this is mounted either a single timber gate, or a pair of gates which when closed give the illusion of swinging gates.
